Sage Doors Cottages is set in 5 acres of quiet, rural countryside in East Putford in the heart of North Devon surrounded by peaceful farmland and hedgerows full of flowers. However, the A39 is only 5 miles away ensuring quick and easy access to wherever you are going.

Raleigh Barn is a Grade II Listed converted milking parlour made of stone and cob in the grounds of a Listed farmhouse, all of which dates back to the 16th Century. Within 15 minutes drive of a long and varied coastline and close to many wonderful walks, this is a superb location in any season. Those who love the great outdoors will love this area, ideal for water sports, walking, cycling, and more. There is garden furniture and a BBQ in the garden and a secluded 2 acre meadow with its own picnic area. The barn was newly converted in July 2014 and has has many features which retain and enhance its character as well as the essential modern comforts.
Raleigh Lodge, a one bedroom wooden building, was built from scratch in 2022. We positioned it on the edge of our wildflower meadow so that guests can experience the piece and quiet of nature. The night skies are excellent for stargazing as well (clouds permitting!).

Raleigh Cottage is an old thatched barn which is believed to have originally housed farm workers a few hundred years ago before being used as a stable/barn. Work to convert it was completed in 2015.
